How to Lower Cholesterol in 8 Simple Steps
Here is what is good:
Cholesterol - UNDER 200
LDL - UNDER 85
HDL - "OVER" 40
Triglyceride - UNDER 150
So, your good, except you TRIG.
Trig is like the fat in your blood, it normally shows the fat you eat or have on you.
Over weight people normally have a high TRIG.
I'd advise to get in shape, exericse more, and don't eat fattening foods.
And smoking is bad to, but shouldn't effect your trig level.
