Q: I am a vegetarian. To reduce or eliminate wheat or corn grains would amount to a starvation diet. Do you recommend other grain substitutes?

My Total cholesterol is great. My LDL is fine! I would like to lower the triglycerides. I cannot tolerate soy, so that is not an option for me.
