I just started 5 days ago taking diltiazem. I think I am having a side effect. I get a bad headach around the same time every day. should I be concerned?

Here is some information that explains the side effects of diltiazem (brand name cardizem in the link below).
Headaches are listed as a side effect. However, if you are concerned that something else may be going on or if the headaches are severe, I encourage you to contact your physician.
