Q: I have a mild to moderate leaking heart valve and I expereice a lot of shotness of breath and fatique and dizzyness. What can i do? My drs say there is nothing much cause its common

I have a lot of trouble sleeping at night because I cant breath good. I have been on nadalol for a while and the symptoms seem to keep getting worse. I have read up on this and found out a lot of information. It is scary because I have all the symptoms. Please help me
