If a mild pain from the right side of the chest and spreading to the arms, back and to the right leg

I have a pain from yesterday afternoon on the right side of my chest, which has spead to my sholders, arms and now to my legs also. Ifeel my arms cannot be moved in the same speed as i used to do. I am a teacher and i have to use my hands to write on the board. I am 33 years old. Will you please inform me immediately, if this is a symptom of heart attack. My email id is linageorg@gmail.com
