Green tea does NOT increase your INR.   One cup of green tea has 0.03mcg of vitamin K per 3.5 fluid ounces.  If anything, drinking too much green tea lowers your INR.  Please check facts before spreading false information.  When it comes to clotting disorders and issues I find so many people spreading false information, which in turn causes many problems for people suffering from these disorders/conditions.
