Q: pain in the chest in the neck spreading to shoulders and top of the back is this a heart attack

I HAD PAIN IN MY CHEST AND PAIN THEN STARTED FROM THE NECK DOWN TO THE SHOULDERS ON TO THE UPER BACK I HAVE A BLOOKEGE IN THE HEART I TOCK ASPIN AND IS WAS A BIT LESS PAINFULL BUT STILL VERY MUCH IN PAIN FOR ABOUT 7 MINS. WAS IT A SMALL HEART ATTACK OR ANGINA
