sudden squeeze on my left elbow for about 15 seconds

under stress from death of my mom. Felt like someone was taking me by the elbow and squeezing it - lasted about 15 seconds, accompanied by crying and some numbness in my left hand and tightness in chest on exertion but I do have asthma.
