Q: tightness to the chest, can breathe normally, anxious, can not sleep laying down,

i recently went to the doctors, everything came back good on the blood work,  I do have am pver active thyroid, which i am on medication on for years.  I woke up from a sound sleep and  found I was breathing funny,  I have a tight feeling in my chest, nothing hurts

You didnt state what your origional reason was that you just went to your doctor,so it's hard to possibly tell,I dont know if you were having some type of problem that caused you to go in the first place,such as a cold Ect.so it's hard to say,are you sure you are not possibly getting a cold or having allergy problems?Have you recently had a doseage change in your thyroid meds?If so perhaps it might possibly related to that
