I have chest pain, shoots thru shoulder, feels like my lower ribs keep pop out of place, ekg wasgood

i have been to several hospitals, i'm waiting to see the pulminary doctor. but other hospitals dont know whats wrong. say my ekg is fine, my dedimer was low but they did an mri to make sure there were no blood clots, which there weren't.  last week was rough, i would get dizzier by the hour…
