Chest pain, numbness, dizzyness. Can all of this be caused by stress?

I've been getting very dizzy lately and I went to the emergency room as I almost fainted. They did not find anything wrong except my blood pressure is a little bit low. I tried to get to work the second day and I got very dizzy again, I am now afraid to go to work and faint again. ...
