i have blood pressure but seems to go up and down but have a high pulse exceeding 100
i have been dianosed with blood pressure for the last year now my blood pressure seems to be under control sometimes but when i have a glass of alcoolely high about 92

Wow, well Im a bit confused, but I would suggest you take the advice of your doctor about your high blood pressure. If you dont trust their advice then you might try finding another doc who can address you in person.
