Your young age makes the chance of coronary artery disease (blockages in the arteries that feed the heart muscle itself) unlikely, but not impossible.  Because of the "jumping up and down" feeling on your heart, I am concerned that you might be having an abnormal rhythm.

This is all speculation.  It sounds like there is much concern on your part and the best (and safest) suggestion is for you to be seen by your physician who will ask you many more questions, examine you, and decide if further testing is required.  Chest pain in any age should be evaluated for possible causes.
