Can you have delayed side effects?

My sis gave this to him while staying last night. She said he threw it up & felt better afterwards. It was an equate gel stool softener & he is only 7. Should he be having side effects this morning? His heart is beating hard & fast at times.

Its possible, you should bring him to a docs, and have a doctor check up on him. Sometimes the body over reacts to certain things and this may be what is happening. It may also be nothing so to be safe, it would be best to have a doc check up on him if this kind of thing happens again. Thanks for the question, and sorry about the delay getting back to you...
