I have chest pain on the left side, it hurts to also touch that area? Should I be concerned.

I have had chest pain for sometime. It is on the left side, and it hurts to press on the area around my heart. I have also been extremely exhausted, I also have a Thyroid condition. I am 33 years old. Should I be concerned?
