I've had this problem for years now. I'm 32 and my daughter is 3 1/2. I swear since i've had her its been worse. I've also heard that it can be hormonal. My heart skips a beat all the time and i too have had all the tests and everything is normal. It is frustrating and scary. I wish i can get to the root of the problem and i just want to know why it does it/what causes it. I get them the during the day and at night. I try to tell myself that im fine but its so hard sometimes because the feeling is so scary. Some days are worse then others. I understand what everyone is going through and its nice to have these forums to read and know that we are not alone. I've tired changing my diet and everything but i guess this is just normal for me and i just need to get used to it and live my life. I want to be a good mom for my daughter, but some days are so hard to take her places by myself because i'm scared that i might pass out or something. I know this is a fear i need to get over, but the fluttering doesn't make it very easy. Does anyone ever feel like somedays are easier then others? It does feeel good to vent to people that will understand you and not think you are crazy. When ever I tell someone about it they always say just relax...blah, blah, blah. They don't know what its like!
