Q: Could this be the start of heart problems for me?

I am a 35 year old female.  There is a family history of heart disease and I have a history of blood clots.  The other day I was driving and it started to feel like someone was standing on my chest.  There was no pain and I had no shortness of breath, but my chest, neck, left arm to my fingers and my face to my cheeks went completely numb.  Could this the start of heart problems for me?

HI:  Yes, it is possible.  The symptoms are of concern.  You should definitely see your doctor regarding this.
