Q: Could this be a silent heart attack?

In Febuary nothing was found when I went to the hospital. But for the several days I have had bad chest pain. Some pain in my neck and arm. my blood pressure varies from normal to high.  I have been out of breath. I have had clinical depression for 10 years.I am 56 yrs old. I keep waiting for something more to happen, but it just eases to slight pain in the middle of my chest.
