7 Natural Ways to Lower Blood Pressure
How high is your BP???? At your age, you should be able to lower it with
a healthy diet and exercise. I work with a lot of 20 somethings that are on bp meds.
Nothing to be ashamed of and the consequences of living with high blood
pressure are devastating.
your bp falls in the high normal range. It can diffently be lowered by cutting out fast foods; aka trans-fats and implementing exercise. Food that is rich in nutrients, especially 3 minerals that include calcium, magnesium and potassium, and limits salt and fatty food intake, whole grain, vegetables, fruits and low fat meat and dairy products. Hope this helps! Mark
