i have hole in the heart n i operation last year june 28 and now 1 year 4 month ready ang i am 26 years old gal,but cannot run or walk fast or cycle or clim the stair becausse i will feel so tired and breathless,what should i do now,i also cannot do exercise coz the tiredness any doctor say i have hypertension pulmonary what that means and docktor ask me to take viagara but i dont like to take medicine please hellp me solve my health problem
