Hello Maria, Sorry about the delay, your question is a very good one but we just dont have enough doctors to answer everything in the time we would like. It may very well be acid reflux but there is no way to tell over the internet. Your best bet would be to visit your doctor and ask them what they think. There is no substitute for a personal visit to the doctors. sorry again about the delay.
