what is the implication of dilated and global hypokinesia of LV? And grade 4 LV diastolic dysfunctin

I had a 2D echo done and the report gives following observations: 1. Dilated LV. 2. Global hypokinesia of LV. 3. Severe LV dysfunction. 4. Grade 4 LV diastolic disfunction.   I had a drug reaction for using Cifran, five years ago. And also had a phrenic nerve damage with right diphram…
