Tuesday, August 28, 2012 georgis1099 asks

Q: I just had a heart attack at age 44.. got a stent put in.. Im noticing my vision sucks more than ever... Just went to the eye doctor a few weeks ago... Would a heart attack make my vision worse???

Hi Georgis1099,

 

Yes, it is possible your heart attack has impacted your vision. I recommend discussing with both your cariologist and eye doctor to determine what steps you can take to "repair" the damage if possible and if not, what you can do prevent further vision declines.
