Q: Is it possible to have a chang of heart condition in a short time?

I was given a stress test and I also had a cardiogram before surgery 2 months ago and was told I am fine. Here is my problem...for the last 2 - 3 weeks, I have been having a aching pressure, (squeezing almost) in my back and goes to my chest, an aching in my left arm and in general, my left side feels heavy. I have a pain in my diaphragm and I am suffering from indigestion that even nexium won't help anymore and I'm getting a feeling of panic that xanax also won't take away (with slight shortness of breath). I have been experiencing fatigue, feeling a flash of cold sweats (unsure if it's cold sweats or hot flashes), headaches, elevated temperature and vision problems in my left eye.  I have been a sufferer of anxiety attacks in the past but what I'm feeling is evoking emotions like what I've felt before.  I went to a chiropractor today, because of muscle tension and hoping that it is just a twisted rib (from a previous serious motorcycle accident)but it's too soon to tell. I don't have these feeling 24 hours a day but they do come in waves and the heaviness is constant. I've read about the symptoms and I feel as if I have many of the symptoms of either a heart attack or angina (but the symptoms also resemble panic/anxiety attacks). Another problem I have is I'm a Canadian living in Greece (married a Greek) and the Bar association (where all the doctors are that our insurance covers...it's a different system here)makes it a very difficult process to find a doctor that speaks English (they understand but don't speak).  I have brought my husband with me but for this it's almost impossible to get him to go...he thinks it's all in my head and I just need to exercise more and try to relieve the stress in my life (which there is much of). My father died at 48 from heart disease (he also had high cholesterol) and I am now almost 41, so now I'm getting scared of what I'm feeling.  I went to the appointed doctor and she also said (in very broken English)it was stress(without even listening to my heart), she only read my 8 month old stress test and listened to my statement of my cardiograph was very good.  Is it possible to go from a clean bill of health (heart wise) to one that needs attention within such a short period...or is it more likely the doctor and my husband are correct and it's probably just a different type of anxiety.  I understand you can't give an exact statement without an examination but I would like to know if it is possible to go from healthy to a heart attack about to happen...my cholesterol level are 176IU/I...HDL is 71mg/dl...LDL is 104mg/dl and my Iron levels are elevated at 243mg/dl.

Any answers or guidance would be appreciated.
