Since I stopped taking Cozar, I constantly have an awkward feeling in my chest, is this normal?

I was 316 lbs. back in July. My blood pressure,cholesterol,blood sugar and resting heart rate were all in line. 10/2, my BP went up to 130/90 and my weight was down to 307 lbs, cholesterol was 174(138 LDL,36 HDL),blood sugar was normal and resting heart rate was between 72-80 bpm. Doc stated step...
