if the pain is intermediate in leg,hands,shoulder,neck and if it occasionally continues for over 4 days is it nessecarily indicate towards a heart attack

Hi, and thank you for your question. I would highly recommend you visit your doctor for a full examination with these symptoms--heart conditions are very serious and should not be prolonged.
