Q: High troponin level but no blockage - now what?

Last Friday, my husband took me to the E-room with chest pain, tightness, and pressure. My troponin level was monitored and when it became very high, I was told I either had a heart attack or was having one. I was transferred by ambulance to a larger hospital in town and had a heart cath which indicated no blockages. They sent me home, so now what? Other than an very itchy rash on my torso and arms (which started out small and I thought it was from the glue on the leads - but now it has spread), I have no more symptoms. The referring doctor fully expected me to have blockages and told me to follow up a few days after I got out of the hospital, but I didn't have blockages. I am 50 and obese, but do not have any other health issues - no diabetes, no high blood pressure, etc...
