Q: i don't know what is this kind of heart disease but sometimes when i lay in bed, my heart is aching and it seems my heart was so heavy.. may i know if that is really a heart disease?

I recommend you contact your physician for an evaluation to determine the cause of your symptoms and what steps you can take. Your symptoms may or may not be related to heart disease.
