does your blood pressure go up and down when a heart attack is coming on? My husband who is just 26 has high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Three days ago I think he had a mild heart attack he had all symptoms. Today when he woke up he felt very sick to his stomach, fullness in his chest, and cold sweat. At the time his blood pressure machine would not read his blood pressure and now it has dropped to 100/60. He won't go to the hospital and I don't know to much about this stuff please give me some info so I can make sure he is taken care of.

I strongly encourage doing all you can to get your husband to contact his physician and discuss his symptoms as soon as possible.
