i have mild chest pain right side in my shoulder and under my left arm somemild precher on chest

Thankd for your post Dave. My best suggestion is that you contact your doctor for advice as soon as possible. These can be indicators of heart issues and should be addressed quickly If the pain increases or persists and you feel more concerned, call 911 - that is why fire and resuce are there.
