Q: I've had rightside/middle chest pain since Friday afternoon. It feels like contractions. Squeezing pain, then it subsides. No other symptoms. Is this ER worthy? New to this area nd no family doctor

Female. Age 35. Smoker. History of Heart issues in Family. Brother passed away one year ago at age 39 in his sleep. COD was Heart Arrythimia. (Sp) My heart seems regular. No other symptoms aside from the squeezing pain in the chest over the last 4 days. Breathing seems fine, no stomach pain, no heartburn. Just this continual squeezing contraction pain in my chest. Middle but a little to the right.
