I am 32 years male, an active sportman(football). Not known hypertensive(BP usually between 120/80 and 110/70). I have just been diagnosed of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy with 2nd degree LV Diastolic Dysfucntion. The diagnosis from the ECG also revealed bradycardia.

I want to know the best possible treatment options, What are the dieting options as well as exercise therapy options.

Will appreciate your  assistance,

Thank.
