She said that last night she was putting in a contact lense and got dizzy.  She found a roommate, and suddenly got extreme pain behind her right eye and subsequently passed out.  She did not seek treatment. She is healthy, aerobically and does strength training, eats well, but avoids carbs. She has low(ish)  blood pressure and might get light headed when standing up to quickly.  Annie has rarely been sick.  She will not listen to me advise her to seek immediate attention because she doesn't have a physician and her health care benefits from the non-profit she works for are in chaos (plans being changed, or something like that).  I live in California and she lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  I am very worried and would like to send her your reply.  Thank you. I am not a doctor, however my 23 year old sister suffers from similar symptoms caused by migranes. She has a pain behing her left eye accompanied by lightheadedness and dizziness. Perhaps she should look into migranes and see if theres anything at home she can do to help/prevent, and if  it persists/worsens she should seek medical advice
