I am not a doctor, however my 23 year old sister suffers from similar symptoms caused by migranes. She has a pain behing her left eye accompanied by lightheadedness and dizziness. Perhaps she should look into migranes and see if theres anything at home she can do to help/prevent, and if it persists/worsens she should seek medical advice
