I have a stent - right descendig artery(this is from memory).  I have twelve stairs up to bedrooms from first floow - LV, DR, Kitchen, Family Room, Bathroom, enclosed back room for inclement weather and large freezer.  12 steps down toe basement/laundry room, workroom and lots of space for storage - a bit unkempt.   I do get shortof breath when I carry a laundry basket filled with clean laundry. Right knee - two compartments replaced. Left knee s/b have some surgery, but don't want to take the time. Spinal Stenosis.   Cardiologist says EKG have been fine....in other words my numbers are good. After knee surgery, and physical therapy.  Numbers were good. Just don't have lots of energy and/or stamina.  I am 77 years old. I have been called lazy.  I believe I do the best I can in hours I am awake. I do many things for other people...it makes me feel like the right thing to do.  Makes me happy. Time to move into something smaller, no stairs.  If I need execise, there is a club house and exercise room in location where I am thinking of moving to. Think I am following the right path, medically speaking, and psychologically speaking.
