Q: My jaw has been hurting for a couple days. I've had some joint pain and headaches for about a month. This morning, I am dizzy and spinning when I move my head too fast. What could be the causes?

I have a bump in my knuckle that been there for a month as well. The head spins scare me a little. Should I go to the hospital?

Here is a link to an article about Jaw Pain that you may find helpful.  Your symptoms are concerning and it is best to be cautious when it comes to your health so if you feel that these symptoms warrant immediate attention, take action and go to the ER.  You should also call your physician who knows your complete medical history and ask what your next step should be.
