I have been using testosterone for almost a year due to low testosterone levels, I'm now 63.......

This was the first episode that I have had a chance to read re: testosterone supplement benefits.  I take a 100 mg injection once/month.  I have always had excellent heart health measurements.  But, my testosterone levels have been gradually diminishing over the last few years and was discovered by a friend who is a nurse who checked by blood tests and saw the gradual declining testosterone levels.  My libido had been diminishing, my zest for life was on the decline and depression was increasing.  I had very little energy which led to weight gain, at 62 I was diagnosed as borderline diabetic.  However, I didn't have the energy or mental enthusiasm or spirit to do physical exercise and found my blood sugar levels increasing.  But, then I started taking my injections and found my libido was slowly returning, my psyche had a much needed boost, energy levels returned so much so that I started going to the gym.  In short, I was feeling happy again about life and myself.  I have also found that the farther away I get temporally from my last injection, the negative effects slowly return.  By this, I mean my energy diminishes, my mental accuity diminishes (I'm a lawyer, I can feel when I'm at the top of my game and when I'm not.) I become lethargic and, of course, the downward spiral of high blood sugar levels begins until my next injection.  Just thought I'd let you know.
