I'm a 23 year old male that experienced a sharp pain in my chest while laying down last night that lead to my left arm going numb. It was difficult to breath but the pain only lasted about 2 minutes. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Can anyone tell me what it might be? Thanks!

Hi Ian,
Without a thorough evaluation, no one can tell you for sure. However, with symptoms like yours, don't waste any time gettting it taken care of. The fact that you're only 23 doesn't mean you're immune to heart disease. In America, children as young as 10 already have one or two risk factors for developing heart problems.
