hi , this is Zohaib, i have a query regarding my mom's heart disease, actually heart effeciency is 25%,fluid is being accumulated in her lungs and abdominal belly, doctors say that this a heart dysfunction, plz suggest if fluid generation can be stopped through medicine or surgery. in short is it curable.
