Q: sharp pain in left side of chest, no cardiac problems

I am a 31 year old active male in shape with no family history of heart disease. I have had stress test two ekg's and two sets of blood work in the last month. Everything came back clean. I still receive a sharp pain above my left nipple throughout the day and some left side arm pain. I am very stressed all the time and wonder what else this could be..

I recently am having the same thing. I did some research and discovered it may be Precordial Catch Syndrome. Google that and I bet you'll get a better description than I could give you.
