Hi June,

Eat about 80% fresh raw fruits and vegetables and 20% cooked food.  Avoid nuts, tuna, and salmon...these foods contain an amino acid arginine and may cause your blood vessels to dialate and your blood pressure may drop too low if eaten within 2 hours of taking wafrin.  If you want to get off wafarin (aka coumadin), go to: www.GreatHealth-Tour.com/mfarris . This is Dr. Harry Elwardt's website, call him and discuss the best way to get off blood thinners.
