I'm sorry I accidently posted before I was done. I think I have gotten so used to it, I don't notice if I have it everyday. I was also told it can happen more if you have large breasts for your frame, puts more pull in the chest area, well that is food for thought. About your tissue growing around your bones, I think a doctor should be able to find something??? When you have your pain is it hard to breathe, where you can't expand your lungs? And at work were you moving any heavy boxes that day or prior to the day it started?  For the back pain if your able, I lay on my bed and hang my back over the side of my bed and stretch my arms above my head, so they are touching the ground or close. And make a really good stretch, that seems to help me with the stabbing pain in my back. You have to be careful not to fall on your head. :) Hope any of this information helps you. Susan
