I actually thought that I was the only one with this problem. I'm 19 now, and I've had this for maybe since I was a preteen, but I never bothered asking anyone about it. It just happened a few minutes ago while I was sitting in front of my computer so I decided to search it which led me to here! Happens to me about once every other month, which scares me sometimes, but I'm glad to hear that it's not life-threatening (:
