Thank you!  This was really helpful.  I have had this problem on and off for as long as I remember.  Sure enough I was diagnosed with a sinus/respiratory infection yesterday which is most likely causing it.  I also have a lymph node in my cheek that swells and feels like a bee-bee in my cheek when I have an infection.
