Most likely gastritis. I get it, too. Massaging is a big help (as well as avoiding spicy or acidic foods). Try really massaging the area for at least 10 minutes and see if it alleviates the pain (sometimes the pain from the stomach, as well as gas, does cause pain in the chest area.). Unless you're experiencing nasea, fever, shortness of breathe, and dizziness along with it I'm sure you have nothing to worry about.
