Q: Hands have involutary movements and right bicep has tremors.

My hands are starting to have involuntary movements. Fingers mostly. They jump as though I am pusing on a nerve that makes that happen. As I type, a finger will involutarily push a key. If I am holding a paper to read, my hand will jump and act like it will drop the paper or book I am holding. It is happening more and more. I have a sense that I am losing control of these functions. My right bicep is also having tremors; Like a ripple effect. What might this be and who should I see about it?
