Q: Fluid behind lung

Had the fluid drained only for it to come back in a day. All tests on fluid (very dark fluid) have come back negative. Now a thoracic surgeon wants to do surgery to do a lung biopsy and drain again and fuse the lung with talcum and look around with a scope. I am nervous about this. Any answers?

Thanks
