I am 33 year old male suffering from high blood pressure from last 6 years.  I started with betaloc 50.  I got my stress echo done this year in feburary but since last two months i am feeling there is something wrong and went to ER two times, the doctor did the echo and trop t every time and it was negative.  they also changed my medicine and now i am on telsar h and metlor xr 50 with this my bp is normal 120/80 and pulse is 84 while resting and during working hours it is 100-115.

I still feel some heaviness on my chest but there is no pain.  I also  got my thyorid checked and TSH is little high and other test which I got done is trycglrites  (is above normal range) and electrolyites all normal.

sometime I fee there is congestion in my throat and I feel like taking out .  I also have a cough problem

please suggest.
