Nausia and lightheadedness with shortness of breath what is the cause

My Husband has just experienced a vomiting attack with shortness of breath and dizziness, should I be concerned. He is overweight, and has high blood pressure for which he is taking medication. I know his cholestrol is high we are waiting for the results from the tests that were done. His family…
