high heart rate and low bp with chest pains
im a 26yr old female,ive been having sinus like symptoms for more than a month now.but very recently i started having a chest pain ,a heaviness on the chest.my bp is normally low eg.105/64 but i noticed my heartrate has been fluctuating and is a bit high.it was 112 yesterday and it was varying from 88,97 and 111 during the day.i feel out of breath and very tired by the evening.and alos i noticed a discharge from my nipples yesterday.it was sort of clear in color. i get really heavy on my chest when the heart rate goes high even though the bp is on the low.which has always been for me.pls can you tell me what might be causing this to happen.?
